Banafsheh Hemmati: Body Geometry

The first solo exhibition in the UAE for the Tehran-based artist-designer presents a collection of the artist’s jewellery and wearable sculptures. Body Geometry is a research-based project, where the design process is presented as well as the finished pieces. As the title indicates, the show explores the relationship between body; Hemmati says all the works in this new collection are derived from three foundational forms of Islamic geometry.  To 31 October.
