Same Same, but Different: A Sit Down with Shawn and Friends

Shawn Chidiac, aka ‘My Parents are Divorced’, is doing this chat-plus-comedy evening once a month at VOX Cinemas Mercato Mall until the end of the year. For the Julyedition, Shawn will be joined by Russian-Romanian content creator Denisa Alexe (known for her comic character Ellena on TikTok – @ellena.goes.viral), and Egyptian-Canadian comedian Noha Bashir (recently seem at both the Dubai Comedy Festival and Abu Dhabi Comedy Week).

Chidiac has since successfully transitioned from social media fame to live comedy performances and podcast-style talks. He’s especially good at spot-on impressions; his act typically revolves around everyday scenarios, cultural observations, and light-hearted takes on family dynamics.
