LAST CHANCE Sebastian Hosu: Transmission

The debut solo exhibition in Dubai by the German Romanian artist introduces a new body of work that captures human presence in flux figures that dissolve into their surroundings. Known for his monumental canvases and emotionally charged brushwork, Hosu invites viewers into immersive environments where the human figure merges with landscapes of colour, memory, and motion; the monumental scale of these paintings is central to their power, requiring viewers to encounter them not so much as images as environments. The intensity of the brushwork, the spatial tension, and the psychological presence of the figures reveal themselves in ways no reproduction can fully capture.
