A group show for six African artists, curated by Celine Azem and exploring the nature of identity. “The exhibition draws on the influential theories of Bell Hooks, emphasising the importance of compartmentalising existence and acknowledging the ever-evolving construct of individuality” according to the gallery. “The artists’ works reflect the interplay of diverse cultural and social spectrums that shape individual experiences, showcasing unique perspectives on the concept of identity and inviting critical exploration of the nuanced and multidisciplinary nature of their African heritage.”
