Asaad Arabi: Still Life to Abstraction

A mini-retrospective for the Syrian artist, with works from 2008 to 2023. Most reflect Arabi’s enduring connection with Damascus, the city where he was brought up before moving to France; a distinguished art theorist and critic, Arabi has consistently reinvented his approach to painting, and this exhibition offers a glimpse into the evolution of his visual language and creative process.
