The Fridge Open Mic / Marisa Sardo

The Fridge’s Open Mic night is one of the best in town, both because of the venue (good vibes, good acoustics, good crowd) and because of the top tech available – includes drum kit, electric keyboard, bass amp, guitar amp, mics, plus an AUX socket for plugging in a prerecorded backing track (and it’s sponsored by Sennheiser, for extra cred).

Performers can register for slots on a first-come, first-served basis, either online in advance or from 6.30pm on the night. Each act gets 10 minutes
