Star Wars – Return of the Jedi: dir Richard Marquand (1983)

The final part of the original Star Wars trilogy, beautifully restored and featuring the whole gang plus some engaging newcomers – like Jabba the Hutt, who has Han Solo in his clutches. That’s just the start of an epic conclusion to the saga, with a new and more powerful Death Star requiring their attention and Luke Skywalker confronting Darth Vader for one last time … It’s complete in itself, but Return of the Jedi also set the stage for the franchise’s continuation for decades to come.
