Sima Dance Company: Kaynuna

Created by choreographer Alaa Krimed for his Sima Dance Company – the UAE’s only (semi)permanent dance company? – this original production merges contemporary dance with tech and especially AI: “As the boundaries between humans and Artificial Intelligence continue to shift, one question remains: how far are we prepared to go?”

The piece explores our ever-evolving relationship with AI: its emergence, its development, the extraordinary possibilities it opens up, but also the questions it raises for our society and our future. As well as powerful choreography, expecy music, sound design, laser effects and projection mapping coming together to create “a spectacular and immersive world at the crossroads of humanity and technology”.
