Shazia Salam: Voice-Over-Voice

This debut solo show marks the culmination of Shazia Salam’s journey on Tashkeel’s Critical Practice Programme 2022. The exhibition delves into the rituals, processes and procedures of a particular professional sector – voice-over artists. The exhibition presents three exercises developed with voice actors that question the sort of calibration we are searching for in capitalist labour.
