Sahab x Kutubna Documenting War

The Sahab Collective writing group is getting together to produce written materials for possible inclusion in Kutubna’s Documenting Culture in the Gulf in a Time of War exhibition (opens 3 September). The exhibition asks “what does it mean to be a mother, a father, a grandparent, a child, a teenager in the Gulf in the midst of missile and drone attacks? What is it like to be a writer or artist during this war? How are people living and experiencing this time? How is our experience different based on profession, cultural background, and family or other responsibilities?” and notes “you do not have to be a historian to record history.
