Irene is happy enough in Rome when her mother asks her to return for a few days to Rimini, the city where she was brought up and from which she fled, to take care of her older brother Omar. He’s autistic, and he has very clear ideas about his future: he has no intention of living with her when their parents are no longer around, and he is ready to do anything to fulfill his life’s dreams – to get married, to have three children, and to become a famous rap singer. But for all these things to happen, Omar must first become independent; this comedy-drama charts the touching route through which he can become “an adult” … In their home full of memories, Irene and Omar face fears and hopes together and discover that, in order to grow, sometimes you need two people.
