Emo de Meideros: Art in the Age of Artificial Intelligence – the Artist, the Machine and the Spirit

The Benininese artist, often associated with afrofuturism, considers how the AI revolution is opening up a new area of uncertainty in contemporary art: that of the complex triangulation between artist, machine and mind. Is this a redefinition of the contours of creation? Is there opposition or complementarity between human creation and artificial logic? Control or abdication?
