Down to Earth 2024

The Jameel’s annual festival for eco-consciousness and sustainability is back for its fifth iteration. Expect activities for all ages themed around botanical, sustainable and eco-conscious living with hands-on workshops, tours, talks and demonstrations, plus new interactive art installations, experiential performances and a range of exhibitions.

There’s also a Farmers Market with local suppliers offering fresh seasonal produce; the Green Bazaar, with a variety of indoor and outdoor plants, eco-friendly and sustainable gifts, vintage/preloved fashion and products from local homegrown businesses; and the Art Jameel Shop, with a sustainability-themed collection of books and design objects.

It all happens in the Jameel itself and outside in the Jaddaf Waterfront Sculpture Park, 3pm to 8pm on day one and 3pm to 10pm on the Sunday. Check the website for the full programme.
