Candlelight: Vivaldi’s Four Seasons

One of the most successful productions in the Candlelight Concerts series – “classical music concerts aimed at democratising access to classical music by allowing people all over the world to enjoy live music candlelit performances”. The Vivaldi favourite was written as concerti for violin and orchestra, but it’s often arranged for string quartet and this is what we’ll be getting here – the Candelabra string quartet, “illuminated by thousands of candles”.
The programme also includes Karl Jenkins’ criminally underperformed Palladio suite, which runs at around 20 minutes; with the Vivaldi clocking in at 40-45 or so, this should give you slightly more than an hour of candlelit concert. There are performances at 7pm and 9pm.
