Ballet Gala: The National Ballet of China

Two performances at Dubai Opera for a company that is noted for its dazzling hybrid of western ballet and Chinese culture. The programme includes Chinese New Year, its reimagined version of The Nutcracker, followed by excerpts from La Bayadère, the wedding pas de deux from Don Quixote, and two original pieces from the company’s extensive repertoire of contemporary choreography.

The evening is repeated on 31 January.
