BFAF Book Club: If This Artwork Were a Book

A creative session connecting visual art with storytelling: participants explore selected artworks from the Foundation and imagine that each one is the cover or opening scene of a book waiting to be written – with an invented title and a main character in a short plot and an drafted opening sentence. The group then comes together to present their imagined books , hopefully discovering how the same artwork can inspire completely different stories depending on who is looking … A clever approach to both art and writing. Something to look forward to if Christmas Day doesn’t appeal?
