The Laughter Factory Premium Comedy Club

Another good-looking bill for this month’s Laughter Factory tour, with three ace local comics joining the international imports:

Ricky Balshaw – British stand-up with an extraordinary backstory: he’s a Paralympic medallist (Dressage) whose set is based on his experiences of living with cerebral palsy. Expect a well-crafted set with warmth, honesty and devastating punchlines

Tevin Everett – award-winning American standup who’s become a big hit on the UK circuit his razor-sharp observation and a load of charisma

Miqdaad Dohadwala – one of the UAE’s best-loved and hardest-working comedians. Really good at crowd work

Abz Ali – another of the country’s best stand-ups, good on life as an Emirati and with a sizeable Instagram following for his Arab Misconceptions videos

Andrea Brooks – another Dubai favourite, with laugh-worthy tales of expat life and relationships
