Khaleeji Jazz

Open-air Khaleeji jazz from Boom.Diwan, led by Grammy-nominated guitarist and ethnomusicologist Ghazi Al Mulaifi. Blending Gulf traditions with live improvisation, Boom.Diwan brings a contemporary edge to regional music; for this performance they are joined by the Abu Dhabi Folklore & Theatre Society, celebrated for their powerful performances of the UAE’s maritime heritage; and Emirati sound artist Safeya Alblooshi, whose work connects sound, environment, and tradition

It’s free, and seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. And it takes place outdoors – dress appropriately.
