Carols Reimagined

“Not just a concert, it’s a soulful celebration of joy, light, and togetherness” says the blurb. We’re not sure how much reimagining has gone on to deliver “the spirit of Christmas like never before”, but the lineup is pretty good – Chinua Hawk (USA), Ananya (India), Dina Stars (Jordan), Esther Philander (South Africa), Jessica Alves (Portugal), Rachel Mbalie (Malawi), and Akosua Kyeremanten (Ghana), together with the Nabra Chamber Choir and a “world-class” band. As usual with Zabeel Theatre shows, ticket holders get a 20% discount on food and drink at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
