Solos on the Barge

For three days (20, 21 and 22 December, 5-9pm each day) a barge moored in Sharjah’s historic port across from the Bait Obaid Al Shamsi will host several short performances and monologues from classical Arab theatre delivered by professional actors. The barge will also host workshops, meetings and reading groups focusing on prominent works of Arab theatre. Delivered in collaboration with the Sharjah Ports, Customs and Free Zones Authority, this is part of Sharjah Art Foundation’s Perform Sharjah programme.
