The 7 Sins

Last chance to see this series of Dubai-set playlets. They are written by three Dubai-based playwrights (Dee Gee, Edwige Narbey, Alex Broun) and directed by Dee Gee; cast and crew are drawn from 11 different nationalities – which is about as Dubai as you could get. The sins aren’t explicitly deadly, but we are getting a modern take on them – with the emphasis on social media. The underlying idea is that vices like these can evolve with time; “as an audience, we will experience the sins in today’s world and how our daily lives invite us to sin, perhaps not always in our control …”.
