Same Same, but Different: A Sit Down with Shawn and Friends

An update of the show he did at this venue a month or two ago; Shawn Chidiac, aka ‘My Parents are Divorced’, is doing this chat-plus-comedy evening once a month at VOX Cinemas Mercato Mall until the end of the year. For the June edition, Shawn will be joined by Saudi photographer/filmmaker Ghassan Luqman and Egyptian skateboarder Karim Nassar.

Chidiac has since successfully transitioned from social media fame to live comedy performances and podcast-style talks. He’s especially good at spot-on impressions; his act typically revolves around everyday scenarios, cultural observations, and light-hearted takes on family dynamics.
