The Best of Swan Lake

A return to Dubai for this touring one-hour version of Tchaikovsky’s best-loved ballet, seen here at couple of years ago. It’s danced by a company called Worldstars; it’s a well established touring outfit that aims to preserve the classical ballet tradition, formed in 2010 and known for gala performances particularly around Europe.

Past performances have typically had around 18 dancers, and the music will presumably be recorded rather than live; but the dancers have CVs that feature many of the top dance employers (like Paris Opera, Royal Danish Ballet, Royal Ballet), so the quality should be good …
