Todes Ballet Alla Duhova: Attention

Spectacular and crowd-pleasing genre-crossing work from Moscow’s hottest contemporary dance company, created by celebrity choreographer Alla Duhova in 1986 and still led by her. There’s nothing academic about their work – their styles range from ballet to break via hip-hop and jazz – and this show promises “cutting-edge choreography, exciting stories, fantastic costumes, fashionable music, and innovative lighting and graphics solutions”, which at the least sounds comprehensive. There are performances at 3pm and 8pm; the ticket also buys you a 20 percent discount on food and drink at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
