Its speculative framework helped us to stage the evolution of Lala\u2019s photographic sensibility, as she refined her sense of composition, framing, and perception. This second exhibition of The importance of staying quiet completes the two-part observational inquiry into Lala Rukh\u2019s photographic practice, showing how it moved toward abstraction.
