Bojeka is an eccentric man with a strong sense of his own dignity, who lives in solitude on the banks of the Danube in harmony with nature and a collection of animals. Then the local bigwigs want to create a dump for highly radioactive nuclear waste nearby, and a wild boar has been brought to the island near his house to be hunted and killed as a bribe.
