The company (and subsequently its associated School of Dance and Community Arts Partnerships) was founded in 1970 to challenging stereotypes and demonstrate the joy and celebration to be found in Latindad and Hispanic diasporas; the company tours widely \u2013 it has performed for more than 2.5 million people in three continents \u2013 and champions choreographers and dancers of all ages from the Hispanic community. &#8220;Performances by the Ballet Hisp\u00e1nico dancers are always vibrant and richly textured,&#8221; said <em>The New York Times <\/em>recently; we don&#8217;t know which show they&#8217;re doing in Aby Dhabi, but it may be the<em> En Familia<\/em> programme that a magpie fan recently saw in New York.
