She is accompanied by Champion&#8217;s loyal if obese dog Bruno, and she&#8217;s joined by the Triplets of Belleville \u2013 a trio of eccentric music hall singers from the 1930s. It&#8217;s a great story, something of a modern classic of animation, and the idiosyncratic visuals are excellent.
