He\u2019s performed often with other Palestinian-American comedians like Said Durrah, Mona Aburmishan, and Mike Easmeil (and sometimes produced the shows); he runs a comedy festival in his native Dearborn, Michigan; he has produced and headlined in three of his own comedy tours; and in 2016 and 2020 he served as a surrogate for presidential candidate Bernie Sanders.
