A dual exhibition for two interesting Asian artists \u2013 Jade Kim from South Korea and Kai from Japan.<\/p>\n

Jade Kim’s practice is based around the animated character MIN, an embodiment of his wife, whose personality and characteristics inspire his paintings and sculptures in SOMEDAY. Says the gallery: “a peaceful ambience overshadows Kim’s paintings, aiming to find common grounds with the viewer to sympathise about”.<\/p>\n

Kai paints friendly monsters who take us on a surreal journey through a monochrome realm. “As you navigate this labyrinth, the boundaries between reality and the unknown blur, inviting you to craft your unique narrative and interpret the fluid, inky silhouettes that define Kai’s universe …”<\/p>\n
