The Laughter Factory Premium Comedy Club

The July Laughter Factory tour looks like a good one to finish the season. The acts:

Steven Briggs excellent high-energy US standup with a CV that includes winning one of the Moth’s StorySLAMs (open-mic storytelling competition in which anyone can share a true, personal, five-minute story on the night’s theme)

Kelsey De Almeida good anecdotal and observational comedy with wit and polish from a British standup with a very distinctive voice

Maher Barwany reliably funny and local too – he’s a mainstay of the Dubai circuit

The final gig is tomorrow (19 July) at Dukes The Palm.
