Jean Boghossian: Flames

A solo show for Doha’s Anima Gallery in which the Belgian-Lebanese artist explores themes of environmental conservation, the wrath of nature, and the impacts of war in the Middle East via several series of works that illustrate the transformative power of fire – an echo of Boghossian’s background in crafting jewellery. “Through the lens of his technique and the interplay of fire, Boghossian invites viewers to traverse an aesthetic and contemplative universe, delving into the profound intricacies of one’s renewal …” To 3 March.
