Saudi Film Confex

The Saudi Film Commission’s new industry event is a four-day conference and exhibition that aims to “lay the foundations for the Kingdom’s future film industry ventures … underpinned the growing economic role of the film industry in Saudi Arabia”.
We’re promised 40,000m² of exhibition space with 100+ exhibitors in the four-day expo. Visitors will get to see “cutting-edge technologies, platforms, and approaches related to production, post-production, distribution, and other opportunities that drive growth in the film industry”. Alongside is a conference – running over the first two days – that will have 50 keynote speakers; and the three-day workshop programme promises “practical training sessions led by specialists in the film industry’s value chain”.
Entrance to the exhibition is free; we’re not sure about the conference and workshops.
