LAST CHANCE Tsuyoshi Hisakado

In his first exhibition in the Middle East and South Asia, co-produced by Art Jameel with the Japan Foundation, Japanese artist Tsuyoshi Hisakado’s solo exhibition in Galleries 4-8 focuses on large-scale conceptual installations that span techniques and materials including sound, light, computer programming, sculpture and drawing.

Initiated through a curatorial exchange between Japan and the UAE that began in 2022, co-organised by the Japan Foundation and Art Jameel, the show is curated by Yu Iseki and Anna Bernice delos Reyes and coincides with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the United Arab Emirates and Japan.
