He is internationally recognised for his electrifying performances\, his technical gifts\, a distinctive sound and what Süddeutsche Zeitung called “the unmistakable sense of poetic immersion directed solely at the realisation of music”. (He is also an Ambassador of Music Masters\, a charity dedicated to making music education accessible to all children regardless of their background\, championing diversity and inclusion.)
