In this workshop\, participants learn to sense and respond to the subtle messages within their own bodies and those of others. Through guided improvisation and mindful exploration\, participants will discover how awareness can transform into expressive\, organic motion. \nThe workshop is suitable for participants aged 18+\, with experience in dance.
